Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
You can return products within 7/14/30 days of delivery if they meet the following criteria:
- Item is unused, in its original packaging, and in sellable condition.
- Item was incorrect or damaged or defective.
- Incorrect item was delivered.
Non-returnable items include:
- Seeds that have been opened.
- Custom-made or special order products.
- Digital products (e.g., eBooks, software, online services).
- Perishable goods (e.g., flowers, fresh produce).
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return process, please contact our support team at info@agrizen.global or call us +8801332-543300 with:
- Order information
- Reason for return
- Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)
- Once your return is approved, we will send you return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
4. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we'll cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect order by the customer, the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
- Have not received your refund yet?
- Double-check your bank or credit card account.
- Contact your payment provider.

6. Exchanges
Need an exchange for a damaged or defective item? We're happy to help! Contact us with your order number, and we'll arrange an exchange as soon as possible.

- Inside Dhaka - 5 working days
- Outside Dhaka - 10 working days
